Hakugin no Hikari

Developed to thrive in cold climates,
Hakugin no Hikari is a new variety of rice.
With Ginga no Shizuku as its mother variety,
it inherits a brilliant, luminous white appearance,

It is the third original rice variety developed in Iwate,
destined to shine as a new light
from one of Japan’s premier rice-growing regions.
